We opted for the 4 BHK builder floor, which has a large plot area of 3150 Sq.yd. The price point of 1.65 Crore onwards was within our reach after careful financial planning. Reputed Developer is the builder. It is ready to move, which is fantastic. There are amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply. The only downside we’ve found so far is the parking situation. It can get quite congested, especially for visito, and fitting two cacomfortably requires some maneuvering.

One thing I wish they had mentioned upfront was the lack of bank approvals for loans, which made the process a little more complicated from oveeas.
