The 2 BHK apartment size is around 450 sq.ft carpet which feels sufficient for us starting out. The location on Hingna Road, Wanadongri is developing well. We liked that there are essential places like School of Scholaand SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI nearby, literally nearby distance. That convenience is a big plus. The builder Unitech Engicon Private Limited seems to have good plans for the area. We are hoping for a smooth transition into our new home.
