We looked at the 2 BHK which has a carpet area between 545 and 665 square feet. It’s a ready-to-move property, which is a huge plus since we don't have a lot of time. The developer, Unique Group, has a decent reputation. The price for the 2 BHK starts around 78 Lakhs, which felt a bit high initially, but the proximity to everything is valuable for senior citizens. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems, which are important.

The location is fantastic for us as teache; El International School is a short distance, and the bus stop is super close too. It’s a ready-to-move project, which means we could move in almost immediately. The price point is a bit stretched for us, with the larger flats going up to 1.26 Crore, but the quality of construction looks solid. We appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems they have included. Hopefully, the society charges are not too high.
