The gated community setup and the presence of a children's play area, even though I don't have kids, contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The 1107 square feet 2 BHK flat is comfortable. It was ready to move in since December 2013. The price of 33.21 Lakh was affordable. My only minor concern is the connectivity to Veer Savarkar Road can be a bit slow during certain times due to local traffic. However, the earthquake-resistant structure and internal roads are well-maintained.
