The biggest advantage was that it was ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The Nisarg Group has provided basic amenities like power backup and rainwater harvesting. The location in Pandav Nagari is okay, with Rane Nagar Link Road nearby for connectivity. I visited the site and the flat looked good, though I wish there was more information available about the builder's track record. The construction date being March 2011 means it's an older building. I am hoping the maintenance will be good.
