It was important for me to be close to a good hospital, and Manipal Hospital MilleRoad is within a reasonable distance. The cost is substantial, between 10.18 Crore and 12.0 Crore, but the address speaks for itself. Parking can be a bit of a squeeze if you have multiple vehicles.

The 4 BHK configuration offea spacious built-up area, between 3140 and 3700 sq.ft. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. My budget was around 12 Crore. The building looks good and feels secure with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. I am still getting used to the traffic on Vittal Mallya Road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy.
