The project by Twin Star Infrastructure is ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after completion in December 2018. Proximity to Jivanrekha Multispeciality Hospital at nearby was a key factor for me. The surrounding eco-friendly environment and landscaping are also plus points for my parents' comfort. The price was reasonable, falling within the 51.68 Lakh to 71.13 Lakh range. Having 24x7 security and power backup is reassuring for their safety and convenience.

I bought a 2 BHK in Twin Royal Mansion because of its location in Ravet, Pimpri Chinchwad. It's close to the Aundh-Ravet road, making my commute easier. The apartment size of 975 square feet is perfect for me. I liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The security aspect with 24x7 security and intercom is also important. Twin Star Infrastructure has provided a decent living space. The only concern is the proposed metro station is still quite far at over 7 kilomete, and the lack of OC received information is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property, but the price was attractive enough.

The price range of 51.68 Lakh to 71.13 Lakh is competitive for the area. Being ready to move is a big plus. The location near BRT Road is decent, though sometimes the access road can be a bit congested. The availability of a clubhouse and indoor games is good for families. Landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings pleasant. I found the Vastu compliant design appealing as well. It's a solid option for a permanent residence.
