The project has essential amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium, perfect for someone my age. I appreciate the focus on greenery with landscaping and tree planting. The solid waste management system and sewage treatment plant show a good approach to living. It is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait long. The size of the 4 BHK we looked at, 1452 square feet, is very comfortable. My only small concern is the noise from the nearby main road, which can be a bit distracting at times, but the greenery does help to soften it.
