Its proximity to the hospital, just a few minutes away, was a major deciding factor. The developer, Shiv Enterprise, has built a residential complex in a developing area of Nana Mava. The availability of a lift is convenient. While the location is good for work access, I've noticed the noise levels from the nearby main road can be quite high at certain times of the day, which might be a concern for someone needing quiet. However, the convenience factor is very high for me.
