I've put down a token for a flat at Tulsee Pinakeen Square in A Ward. Being a single woman, I wanted something safe and well-located. It’s still under construction, with a completion date of December 2026. The best part for me is the proximity to the Opp. S. T. Stand Bus Stop, which is nearby, making my commute much easier. I also noted it's very near Podar International School Kolhapur and Nandadeep Eye Hospital, both nearby. While I appreciate the location, the dust and noise from ongoing construction are noticeable daily. I am hoping Tulsee Construction manages the site well to minimize disturbance.

The location in A Ward is decent, close to the Opp. S. T. Stand Bus Stop at nearby, which is handy. We also liked that Podar International School Kolhapur is nearby. However, we have some reservations about the tight parking situation given the area. We need to see how Tulsee Construction plans to manage this once the building is complete. The location in C Ward is quite convenient, especially being so close to Podar International School, which is just a short nearby walk away. My husband liked that it’s close to the Nandadeep Eye Hospital too, also nearby. The developer, Tulsee Construction, seems reputable based on their past projects. We haven't seen the actual flat sizes yet as configurations are not available, but the proximity to essential places is a big plus for us in our retirement. Hopefully, the construction will be completed on schedule.
