We chose Asara Tower because it is ready to move and located in C Ward. It is very close to Maharashtra High School & Junior College, which is helpful for future planning, and also Nandadeep Eye Hospital is just a short walk away. The Rajaram Annappa Pol team has been responsive to our queries. However, we are a bit concerned about the parking situation as the information provided was vague. Since we have two vehicles, ensuring adequate and safe parking is important for us. The project's location is generally good, but the immediate approach road might be a bit narrow for comfort. We are hoping the maintenance service will be efficient once we move in.
