The location is quite convenient with the Mumbai Pune Expressway and Katraj Ddehu Bypass Road nearby, making commutes easier for my business trips. We chose a 3 BHK flat with around 1100 square feet, which offea good amount of space for the family. The project is currently under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. Tulip Deveopeseems to be building a decent number of amenities like a gym and basketball court. My main concern is the traffic on Bhumkar Chowk road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Hopefully, the development in the area will improve the flow.
