The location in Sadashivpet, Sangareddy, is developing. I bought a plot around 200 Sq.yd. Which cost me about 12 Lakhs. The infrastructure like internal roads and storm water drains looks well-planned. My only concern is the dust during construction phases in nearby areas, which is typical for a developing zone. I'm hoping it settles down soon. The clubhouse amenities are a nice bonus for downtime.
