The location in Bolarum is decent, close enough to Oakridge International School for the kids. We were happy to see the 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for us. The price point of 44.99 Lakh onwards was within our reach after selling our old place. Tristar Constructions seems to have decent amenities, though we haven't used the fire sprinklemuch yet. The main concern now is the commute, as Bachupally is very close but actual traffic can be slow.
