The price point of 3.54 Crore onwards is definitely on the higher side for Pune, but the developer Trisha Developehas a decent track record. I am hoping the construction quality holds up. Access to the property itself is a bit tricky with the narrow lane, which can be a concern for deliveries and client visits. However, the proximity to Deccan Gymkhana is a plus for networking.
