The location in Shivaji Nagar is excellent, close to essential services like Cloudnine Hospital, which is just a 2-minute drive. The developer, N N Joshi Constructions, is known for its quality. The project offegood amenities such as water conservation and a sewage treatment plant, which are important for sustainable living. Being ready to move in was a key factor for my immediate relocation needs. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex add a pleasant aesthetic. My only slight reservation is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that should subside.

While the project is ready to move in, which was ideal, the electrical meter rooms are quite compact. However, given the excellent connectivity and proximity to major areas, it’s a worthwhile choice for a doctor needing easy access.

The location is fantastic for us; BVB's Sulochana Natu Vidya Mandir is literally a minute away, making our child's school commute effortless.
