Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Citizens Specialty Hospital meant finding a place near Gopanpally. Tripura Meadows seemed like a good option. The villa size is around 1700 square feet, which is comfortable. I liked the idea of a gymnasium and swimming pool for unwinding after long hospital shifts. The location is decent, close to the hospital, which is manageable. However, the traffic on the main roads leading to this area can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The security cabin and 24x7 water supply are definite plus points.

We just finalized our fit villa at Tripura Meadows and are pretty excited. The 1690 square feet built up area feels spacious enough for us. We visited the site on a Saturday and the children's play area looked well-maintained. It’s a gated community which gives us peace of mind. The price point of around 2.55 Crore for a 3 BHK villa of 1690 square feet built up area felt reasonable for this part of the city. I appreciated the landscaping and tree planting around the community, it makes the place look very green. The community hall is a nice touch for gatherings. My only reservation is that the access road to the project isn't the widest, and sometimes getting out during busy times can be a little slow. Overall, it seems like a decent investment for a family.
