The price range of 50 Lakh to 67 Lakh seems competitive given the location. Being ready to move since June 2014 is a plus. The developer, Trinity, has ensured basic amenities like a gymnasium, fire fighting system, and landscaping. The proximity to NH - 8 and NH - 8 Bypass Road is excellent for connectivity. However, being so close to the highway means there is noticeable dust and noise pollution during the day.
