My wife and I were looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement, and SDC Ashiyana Apartment seemed suitable. It's good that the construction is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long. The flat we looked at was a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1440 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for us. Being close to Maheshwari Public School at nearby is convenient for when our grandchildren visit. However, the road access could be a bit better, as getting onto NH 8 Bypass Road, which is also nearby, can sometimes be tricky with the traffic.
