The location in Kalinga Nagar is very central, with DAV Public School and Manipal Hospitals being nearby. This makes daily life very convenient. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance is a good security feature. The community hall is a nice space for socialising. Water supply has been reliable so far. The internal roads and footpaths are well-constructed. One small concern is that parking can feel a little tight during evenings when most residents are back home.
