We decided to buy in Ekdanta Orchid primarily because of its closeness to DAV Public School, which is less than a kilometer away. This makes the daily commute for our kids so much easier. The project is ready to move, so we could see the actual flat and the surrounding area before finalizing. The space felt adequate for our family, though specific dimensions weren't highlighted. The location in Kalinga Nagar is developing well. One small concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, the convenience for our children's education was the deciding factor for us.
