Being a government employee, budget and reliability were important factoThe 3 BHK apartment we considered was priced at 1.11 Crore, which fit within our budget for a ready-to-move-in property. The carpet area is a good 914 Sq.ft. The location in Saibaba Nagar, Kondhwa is decent, with the Kondhwa Kh Bus Stop a short distance. My children will be attending school nearby. The project offeessential amenities like a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are great for families. The main concern for us is the distance to the Deccan Gymkhana Metro Station, which is nearby. Still, overall it feels like a solid purchase.
