    Finding a home near a good school was our top priority, and Adorn Alcazar I fit the bill perfectly with St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL right at nearby. Bharati Hospital being so close is also a great comfort for our family. We bought a 1 BHK with a carpet area of about 380 Sq.ft. The price was around 35 L, which was acceptable for the location and the fact that it is ready to move. The developer, Adorn Realto, seems to have provided basic amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and Sewage Treatment Plant, which are crucial. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy in Kondhwa during peak hou, making access to the highways a little slow sometimes. But for the kids, the proximity to school is unmatched.
