Trellis Infrastructure has provided amenities like a gymnasium and a children's play area, which our kids are excited about. It's ready to move, and we got possession last month. The price was around 37 lakh, which was manageable for us. The location is good, being close to the Garage Square Bus Stop, making commutes easier. One small issue we've noticed is the water pressure can be a bit low sometimes, especially during peak usage houBut having rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature.

The price was in our budget, around 29 lakh. We liked that it is ready to move in, so we don't have to wait for construction. The location in Balabhadrapur, Sundarpada is decent. It's close to Jagannath Sadak and the Service Road. The gym and children's play area are nice additions. We are a bit worried about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but overall we are happy with our fit home purchase. The developer, Trellis Infrastructure, seems to have completed this project a while ago.
