The price point was attractive, around 15 Lakhs, fitting well within my investment budget. Being a ready-to-move property with completion in May 2012 means immediate rental income potential. The proximity to National Highway 5 is a plus for connectivity. While the amenities like power backup and 24x7 security are standard, the lack of a received OC is a bit concerning for future resale, though it hasn’t impacted current rentals.

We picked up a 2 BHK here after a lot of searching. The location in Balabhadrapur is pretty convenient for us as my factory is not too far. The built-up area of 884 sq.ft is decent for a family of three. We looked at other options but Trellis N B Heights seemed to offer good value for the price, around 25 Lakhs. The gym is a nice addition for my morning workouts. Construction finished back in 2012 so it’s an older project, but it feels solid. The only slight issue is the road leading to the complex can get a bit busy during peak hou, especially near the highway.
