Travancore Twingle provides just that with its strategic location on Chittoor Road, close to major arterial roads and not too far from Cochin International Airport. The 1 BHK flats, measuring 615 square feet built up, are efficiently designed. I appreciate the presence of a business center and Wi-Fi, which aids productivity. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good facilities to have. The project was ready to move and completed in 2008, which means it’s a mature property. The price point of approximately 40 Lakhs is quite competitive for this area. My only minor reservation is that the OC status is not available, which could be a point of concern for some buye

I was impressed by the inclusion of a business center and internet/Wi-Fi facilities, which are useful for remote work. The 1 BHK configuration at 615 square feet built up is adequate for a single peon or a small family. While the project was completed in 2008, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are still functional and well-maintained. The price of around 40 Lakhs seemed reasonable given the location and the ready-to-move status. My only slight concern is that the OC status is not readily available, which might be a small hurdle.

The location near Ayyanpankavu Junction is convenient, though traffic on Chittoor Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a daily hassle.
