    We needed a place close to schools for our children, and Skyline Marble Arch fit the bill. Lisie Hospital and IMS Cochin are also very nearby at nearby. The 3 BHK flat size is good at 1380 Sq.ft, giving everyone enough peonal space. It was ready to move, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The construction was completed back in October 2006, so it's an older property but seems well-maintained. My only concern is the traffic noise from Kaloor can be noticeable sometimes, especially during peak houDespite that, the proximity to essential services makes it a practical choice for our family's needs.
