I visited the site and appreciated the basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and sewage treatment plant. It's a ready to move project completed in December 2019. The location in Shadnagar offedecent connectivity; it's a short distance NH7. My only small concern is the dust from ongoing development nearby, but that's common in such areas. The variety of plot sizes, like 2575 Sq.ft and 4206 Sq.ft, is good for different needs. TMR Infra Developeseem to have delivered on their promises.

While the overall development is good, the car parking provided seems a bit limited if many residents have multiple vehicles. Nevertheless, for quiet living, it's a decent choice.
