I work near Nagar Road, and luckily Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also 0 kilometeaway, which is a significant plus. It is a ready-to-move-in property from Tirupati Group, and construction started way back in 1998, so it's an older but established project. The price was around 90 Lakhs. While it has essential amenities like car parking and power backup, the OC not being available is a concern for future resale. The Gated Community aspect is good.
