Decided on Flora Woodcrest because it's close to Pragati English Medium School, only nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The 2 BHK flat size, around 750 sq.ft, is good for our family. We also looked at the amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which makes the complex look nice. The hospital is also nearby, which is reassuring. However, the area gets quite congested during peak hou, and getting onto the main road can be a hassle. Also, the storm water drains seem a bit insufficient as there was some waterlogging during the last monsoon. It's a ready to move property though, which means we could shift in immediately after booking.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK at Flora Woodcrest. The carpet area is 768 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for a starting home. The location in Dhanori is quite convenient, with a school and hospital very close by, nearby. I really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the solid waste management system they have implemented. The closed car parking is also a good feature. What worries me a little is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. Also, the landscaping is nice, but some areas seemed a bit dusty when I visited. It's a ready to move property, which was a major factor for my purchase.

The main concern is the accessibility; the internal roads and footpaths are not the best, and it takes a few minutes to get to the main road. Parking is open and closed, but can get crowded. Overall, a decent buy for the price, though I don't have the exact figures.
