Moving from a rental, we wanted our own space and bought a 536 Sq.ft plot at Tirupati Dhanbhoomi. The location on Hingna Road seemed promising for future development. Tirupati Group has provided good infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths, and crucially, power backup. The rainwater harvesting system is a thoughtful inclusion. The biggest drawback is the noise from the nearby Outer Ring Road, especially during late evenings. It can be quite disruptive. We are hoping the trees planted will eventually help reduce the sound. The community hall is a good feature for residents.
