The flat size, a 2 BHK around 950 sq.ft, is comfortable for me. The price of 34.85 Lakh was reasonable, and it is ready to move, which meant no waiting. The location near Hoysala Nagar and Ganesh Temple is quite serene. Having a gymnasium within the complex is also convenient for staying active. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low on higher floo, but it is generally acceptable.
