    We have been living in Thilaga Prathamika for a few yeanow. It was completed back in November 2013. The 2 BHK apartment we own is spacious enough, measuring about 816 sq.ft. The proximity to Mahalakshmi Hospital, nearby, was a significant factor for us during our selection process. The area in Vijayalakshmi Puram, Ambattur, is generally quiet, which we appreciate in our retirement. The 24x7 water supply has been reliable. While the project is older, the construction by Thilaga Construction Pvt Ltd seems solid. The pricing back then was quite competitive. We haven't had any major issues and are content with our decision.
