Has done a good job with the internal roads and landscaping; it feels quite green. We booked a 180 sq.yd plot for around 1.46 Cr. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait anymore. The street lighting is good and the monitored entry points give us a sense of security. The only small issue is the accessibility from the main road; you have to take a slightly narrow lane for a bit.
