We chose Central Fleur Villas for its spacious configurations, specifically the 6 BHK villa with 4600 square feet of built-up space. The project by Central Park offea lot of amenities, including a cricket pitch and a tennis court, which my children enjoy immensely. Having Vardaan Hospital & Trauma Centre nearby provides peace of mind. The overall area is quite large, covering 3100 to 6000 square feet for the villas. The price point is in the higher bracket, but the quality of construction and the luxurious feel seem justified. Parking can be a bit tight within the villa plots themselves if you have multiple large vehicles. Still, the property is ready to move in, and the landscaping makes it a beautiful place to live.

We finally bought our dream villa in Central Fleur Villas after looking for almost a year. The 3 BHK villa, with a built-up area ranging from 3100 to 5940 square feet, offeplenty of space for our growing family. We loved the landscaping and tree planting, it feels so peaceful. The children's play area and the swimming pool are big hits with our kids. It's also convenient having GD Goenka Signature School nearby. The only downside is the traffic on the main road when heading towards Gurgaon city, it can get quite congested during peak houBut overall, the quality of the property and the amenities make up for it. It's a big step up from our rental.
