Being a government employee, I needed something that was ready to move and offered good value. The location in Bhugaon is quite serene. I appreciate the civic amenities and the landscaping. The community hall and gymnasium are good facilities. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are also responsible features. My main concern is the traffic on the way to Paud Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. The flat is compact but functional. The gated community aspect and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide a sense of security. It's accessible to schools and hospitals.

This is my fit flat purchase and I chose The Riveide. I opted for a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 515 Sq.ft. It's located in Parde 9 And 10, Bhugaon. The price was around 33.5 Lakh, which felt manageable for my fit investment. I liked that it is a gated community and they have a children's play area, although I don't have kids yet. The solid waste management system is also good to see. The construction was completed in December 2021. My only concern is that the OC is not available yet, which makes me a little nervous. The nearby Sanskriti School is quite close, which is convenient. The community hall sounds nice for gatherings.

The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for a family. The price point around 32 Lakh was acceptable. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in developing areas. The swimming pool is a good addition for the weekends.
