The 4 BHK villas are very large, around 4000 sq.ft, so everyone will have their own space. The developer, One & Brickstone Develope, seems reputable. The inclusion of a kid's pool and a dedicated play area within the lush landscapes is a huge plus for us. We are counting on the June 2027 completion date. The overall ambiance with tree-lined avenues and open spaces sounds perfect for raising a family.
