The location in Thiruvalluvar Nagar is relatively quiet compared to the main road, though Kottivakkam Kuppam Road can get busy. The landscaping and tree planting are quite calming. I have found the lift service reliable. The price starting from 1.85 Crore is a significant investment, but it feels like a secure neighbourhood with 24x7 security.

The only minor issue is that the OC received status is not readily available, which I am following up on with The Nest Builder.
