It’s important for me to have essential services close by, and Bala Vidya Mandir school and Thiruvanmiyur Bus Stop are both within nearby. The project is ready to move in, which suited my timeline perfectly. While the gymnasium is available, I mostly appreciate the quiet surroundings, although some traffic noise from Lattice Bridge Road is audible during busy periods. The connectivity to ECR and OMR is also a plus for occasional outings. Lancor Holdings Ltd. Seems to have maintained the property reasonably well over the yeasince its completion in 2007.
