My only slight reservation is the distance to Deepam Hospital, which is over nearby, but hopefully, local facilities will improve.

The Nest FAB B project in Chennai's Mannivakkam area offeconfigurations that fit our needs, particularly the 2 BHK flats with carpet areas between 635 and 739 square feet. Having our children attend Alwin International Public School, which is nearby, is a huge benefit. The Nest Builder is targeting an April 2028 completion, which is a reasonable timeframe. We did notice that traffic can get a bit heavy on the main roads nearby during peak hou, so daily commutes might require planning.
