The price was around 20-25 Lakhs, which fit our combined budget. We appreciate that the project is Vastu compliant. The only thing is the parking space – it can be a bit tight, especially if friends visit. Greenway Construction & Co seem to have delivered a functional space.

The location in Mannivakkam provides a bit more peace compared to the city center. My only real concern is the road access, as you need to go through a smaller street to reach the main road. This can be inconvenient during monsoons. However, the overall value seems good.

While the Mannivakkam location is developing, the distance to Mannivakkam Govt. High School (2.7 km) and Annai Arul Hospital (6.2 km) is manageable. The project is ready to move, which was perfect for us. The closed car parking is essential for our family. The price for the larger flats was around 25-31 Lakhs. One drawback is that the OC is not available, which is something we are still looking into with the developer, Greenway Construction & Co.
