This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose The Midas Residences in Balewadi, Pune. The project is under construction by Selenite Properties Private Limited and is expected to be completed by June 2028. I booked a 3 BHK which has a carpet area between 870 Sq.ft to 1050 Sq.ft. The location is really good, very close to Jupiter Hospital and Balewadi High-street. They have also included a lot of amenities like a spa, community buildings, and extensive landscaping covering 1.75 acres. The vehicle-free access from buildings is a nice safety touch. While I'm excited, the main road near the site can get quite congested, especially during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily travel. But overall, the features and location feel right for a fit-time buyer.
