We decided to upgrade from our rented place and chose Platinum Atlantis. The location in Patil Nagar, Balewadi is quite accessible, near the exit to Baner Road and behind MITCON. We purchased a 3 BHK. The project provides a Vastu compliant design, which was important for us. It also has rain water harvesting and water conservation features, which are environmentally conscious. The 24x7 water supply is a huge relief. However, the traffic on Baner Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making daily commutes challenging at times. The construction quality looks decent though.
