Sun Siri Projects Pvt Ltd has built this as a large 80 acres gated community which feels very secure. We bought the 202 Sq.yd plot to build a duplex house later. The project is located inside the Amaravathi Development Corporation zone, which we think is a smart move for future value. The only downside is that the approach road gets quite dusty during the afternoon peak houdue to nearby construction work. However, the overall atmosphere is much better than living in a crowded apartment.
