I reviewed the technical aspects of KSR Enclave before finalizing my purchase. As someone who analyzes numbe, I found the space optimization in the 1005 square feet 2 BHK units to be quite efficient. The Enclave group has done a good job with the internal planning. The intercom facility is working well and the general maintenance of the premises seems professional. I am satisfied with the location in Undavalli as it offegood connectivity to the main parts of Guntur. It is not the cheapest property in the area but you get what you pay for in terms of build quality. The lift is fast and the common areas are cleaned regularly. A decent choice if you are looking for a reliable home.

The jump from 800 square feet to 1030 square feet makes such a big difference in our daily lives. We were looking for something close to good schools for our children and the Little Talents Pre School being only 2.8 kilometeaway was a major deciding factor for us. The swimming pool is a highlight for our kids on the weekends. Since we are both teache, we appreciate the quiet environment here. The traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is our only real complaint. However, having a secure place with 24x7 security makes the trade-off worth it for us.

The area is quite nice and the vertical garden really adds a modern touch to the building exterior. I liked that the layout is Vastu compliant because that was a major condition for my family before we signed anything. The children play area is also ready which is great because my nephews visit often. I am still getting used to the location in Tadepalli but so far everything seems peaceful.
