Finding a ready-to-move apartment in Kochi that is also well-connected was my priority. The Ideal Ideal Lovely Dalio in Angamaly fit the bill. Being a short distance St. Xavier's Public School and a short distance Apollo Adlux Hospital makes it very convenient for daily life. I purchased a 2 BHK unit. The Ideal Group Kochi has provided a functional living space. The only drawback I've noticed is that parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have a larger vehicle or during busy times. However, the overall accessibility and the fact that it’s ready to move in were the deciding factofor me. It's a good base for my work.

This is my fit home purchase, and I felt a bit overwhelmed. I chose The Ideal Ideal Lovely Dalio in Angamaly because it's ready to move. The Ideal Group Kochi is the developer. I looked at the 2 BHK configuration. The proximity to important places like Apollo Adlux Hospital (6 mins) and the bus stop (2 mins) was a big factor for me. While the apartment itself is fine, I found the pricing to be a little higher than I had initially budgeted for, but since it was ready, I went ahead. The area feels safe and accessible. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward. It’s a decent start for a fit-time buyer like me.

The location in Angamaly is quite convenient for us, especially with Apollo Adlux Hospital only a short distance. My husband works in IT and the commute isn't too bad. We got a 2 BHK which feels spacious enough for now. The main thing for us was getting possession immediately, which this project offered. The developer, The Ideal Group Kochi, seems to have a decent track record. Our only minor gripe is that the common areas could be a bit cleaner, but overall we are happy with the purchase for now.

The apartment is spacious and suits my family's needs. The construction quality appeasolid, and it's good that it's a ready-to-move project, saving us the wait. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which can be noticeable sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it's a practical choice.
