I decided to buy my own place in Kochi and chose Federal City. It is ready to move which meant I could start living here right away. The location in Angamaly is decent, and it felt like a quiet neighborhood. Access to Apollo Adlux Hospital is good, which provides some peace of mind. The apartment size is adequate for a single peon, but perhaps a bit small for a family. Parking was a bit tight when I visited a friend who lives here, so that might be an issue if you have multiple vehicles. Still, it meets my immediate needs for a home.
