I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in The DB Akah in West Hyderabad, Bandlaguda Jagir, as an investment. The project is ready to move, which is good for immediate rental income. The built-up area ranges from 1140 to 1313 sq.ft. The DB Group has a decent track record. The amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting are positive points. However, the connectivity to the main commercial areas could be better; Golconda Bus Station is nearby. The price point was competitive for the area at the time of purchase. I am expecting good appreciation.

We bought a 2 BHK at The DB Akah about six months ago. The size around 1140 sq.ft is quite comfortable for us. It is ready to move in which was a big factor for us. The landscaping looks nice and the 24x7 water supply is dependable. It’s a peaceful locality, away from the city noise. The maintenance charges are reasonable. The DB Group seems to have delivered on time. We are happy with the decision.

We chose The DB Akah because it is very close to SMP International School, practically just a few steps away. That was a huge plus. Our 2 BHK apartment has a built-up area of about 1300 sq.ft, which is decent for a family of three. The construction was completed in June 2022 and it was ready to move. We appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak school drop-off and pick-up times. Otherwise, the location is very convenient for us.

The only minor point is that the road leading to the main street is a bit narrow, which might be a small inconvenience.

My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which sometimes affects the balcony. Overall, the living experience has been good so far.
