It's a 3 BHK with 1100 Sq.ft built-up space, which is perfect for our family. The location in Koramangala, Promenade Road is also quite central. Being ready to move in was a major factor for us as we didn't want to wait any longer. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind knowing the kids are safe. The only minor issue is that parking can get a bit crowded during peak hou, but we manage.
