The 3 BHK flats are a generous size, with the larger ones being 1660 square feet. Having 24x7 water supply and street lighting are practical necessities that they are providing. The project is still under construction, with a target completion date of June 2025. While the location in Bandlaguda Jagir is developing, I do find the access road to be a bit narrow, which could be inconvenient at times. Nonetheless, the promise of a gated community with CCTV surveillance offecomfort and security.
